West Chester Liberty Weekly – Brio’s Italian Grille

Mama Mia! That’s a spicy meat-a-ball! Try not to laugh too hard, but I couldn’t help myself. If anyone were to ask what cuisine Emily and I would pick first on any night of the week to grab a bite to eat, it would be Italian. In fact, I know it would. And I’m starting to feel little Miss June Bug feels the same way. That girl crushes pasta like it’s going out of style.

Last Friday, I had a closing, and my clients thanked me with a generous gift card to Brio’s Italian Grille. Jackpot! Saturday came, and no one in this house wanted to cook, so Brio’s it was. And I’ll tell you now, get there before six, if you can. Otherwise, you’ll be hanging out for a while without a reservation.

Emily loves their lasagna, and of course, Junie lives for the mac and cheese, and I’m a big fan of their Chicken Milanese. I think it’s the same thing as chicken parm. I’m not an expert; I just love the food. Speaking of chicken parm, I always think of those hilarious commercials Peyton Manning used to do for Nationwide Insurance. Just take the jingle we all know and replace Nationwide is on your side with chicken parm you taste so good…

To us, it’s probably the best Italian option we have in West Chester Liberty, but I would love a challenger. Hell, just more options. Bravo is good, but not sure it comes close to Brio. I do need to try the Spinning Forchetta. I’ve heard it’s fantastic. I’ll have to twist Emily’s arm to get her to get there sometime next week.

It also helps that it’s right in the middle of Liberty Center with Graeter’s, Great American Cookies, Molly’s Cupcakes, or even just catacorner Cheesecake Factory if that’s your guilty pleasure for dessert.

My grade, 9.2. Change my mind

Respectfully,
